+### What surprised me today?

+- That indeed a manager shouldn't do the operation. I see that I am certainly capable of leading product and my team. 
+- Product did give a hand, I've given them enough access to be independant. That's great since I was short on hand this time. Don't think and shouldn't think that it takes away from my team. We are still defacto the ones they come to for tech issues.
