Need some tags such as live, coming soon, in french for the use of live on the OTT apps

Need the tags in french

Option 1
Description: Pay the $3500
Pros:
- We have it, less issues down the road
- Apps stays fully in french
- Less political backsplash
- Have the budget
Cons:
- Extra $3500
Option 2
Description: Do nothing
Pros:
- Don't spend the extra $3500
Cons:
- OTT will be 90% french and 10% english
